Payment Methods / お支払い方法 Credit card payments are accepted, processed securely through Stripe.
Delivery Time / 発送時期 Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. A shipping notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Product Information / 商品について My work is rooted in slow fashion and conscious making. Most items are handmade using vintage or second-hand fabrics, which means they may carry natural signs of previous use — small variations in texture, fading, or wear that are part of their character and history. Where an item uses new materials, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Returns & Refunds / 返金・返品について
Eligible for a full refund: If an item arrives damaged or in a condition that differs from its description, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned. Return shipping costs will be covered by me in this case.
Generally not eligible for a refund: Refunds are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect size selection, fit preferences, or a change of mind. That said, I understand that every situation is different. If you have a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out — each case will be considered individually with care and understanding.
How to request a return or refund: All requests must be initiated by email within 7 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this window cannot be considered under any circumstances.

発送時期 ご注文後、1〜2営業日以内に梱包・発送いたします。チェックアウト時にメールアドレスをご入力いただいたお客様には、発送通知メールをお送りいたします。
商品について 私の作品は、スローファッションと丁寧なものづくりを大切にしています。ほとんどの商品はハンドメイドで、ヴィンテージまたは古着の生地を使用しています。そのため、素材の風合い、色褪せ、使用感などが見られる場合がございます。これらは商品の個性と歴史の一部です。新しい素材を使用している場合は、商品ページに明記いたします。
返金・返品について
返金対応となる場合： 商品が破損した状態で届いた場合、または商品説明と異なる状態であった場合は、商品をご返送いただいた後に全額返金いたします。この場合の返送料は販売者が負担いたします。
原則として返金対応できない場合： サイズの選択ミス、フィット感の問題、お気持ちの変化などによる返品・返金は、原則としてお受けできません。ただし、状況はそれぞれ異なることを理解しております。ご不安な点がございましたら、遠慮なくご連絡ください。個別に丁寧に対応いたします。
返金・返品のお申し出方法： 返金・返品のご希望は、商品受け取りから 7日以内 にメールにてご連絡ください。この期間を過ぎたお申し出は、いかなる理由においても対応いたしかねます。
